How I Created and Launched My First Digital Product in Nigeria

Creating and launching a digital product was something I always wanted to do—but I didn’t know where to start.

As a content creator and prompt engineer, I finally decided to act. I wanted to help small business owners use ChatGPT better, so I created a simple product called: “30 ChatGPT Prompts for Small Business Owners.”

Here’s how I launched it step-by-step, using just my phone:

---

💡 Step 1: I Picked a Problem to Solve

Instead of trying to be fancy, I focused on helping small businesses generate content, plan their marketing, and run tasks using ChatGPT. I knew this was valuable, and I had real experience using prompts.

---

📄 Step 2: I Wrote the Prompts

I wrote 30 powerful prompts inside Google Docs. Each one was clear, direct, and practical. These were real-life use cases that could save business owners hours of stress.

---

📦 Step 3: I Designed the Product

I used Canva on my phone to format everything into a clean, downloadable PDF. The title page had my name: **Tunji Ibraheem – Prompt Engineer & Creator**, and my Instagram handle @tunji.ibraheem.

---

🛒 Step 4: I Uploaded It to Selar

I opened a free seller account on Selar and uploaded the file with a simple title, short product description, and a ₦3,000 price tag. Here’s the link to check it out:

---

📣 Step 5: I Created a Promo Post

To attract attention, I wrote a simple Instagram caption, shared it on my blog, and used CapCut to make a short video ad. It’s not perfect, but it shows the product clearly and explains the value.

---

🎉 Result?

In just a few days, I had my **first digital product live**, ready to sell to my followers, blog readers, and WhatsApp audience. And the best part? I can now repeat this again and again.

---

🔥 My Advice to You:

Start small. Don’t wait to be perfect. Focus on solving a real problem. Package your knowledge. Sell what you know.
